the head of a traveling circus of magicians called "the lucius experience". he's a larger-than-life magician who's rode through life on the back of his witty charm and disregard for human life. may or may not be a cult leader but we don't talk about that. he frequently rents out buildings from the mother of marie willow and makes her life a living hell. he's buds with marie regardless, but her bodyguard doesn't seem to trust him, for whatever reason.

design notes

• his crown can be drawn floating above his head or sitting on it. either one works
• he has a little tooth gap :) its not super prominent but its there
• always smiling! i mean you can draw him frowning it'd be funny but 99% of the time he's smiling like a goober
• sickly pale skin. his blood is gold so his skin gets a harsh gold tint in some places
• the eyes on his suit blink :D
  
• ^ the eyes on his suit can also turn into things representing the other 4 senses (touch, taste, smell, hear)
• don't ask me how his mask works. it's always covering his face no matter what angle you look at him at
• he's 6'5" / 195 cm
• for alternate outfits: oh my god this is man is obsessed with fashion. he is obsessed with looking his best, but he also thinks he looks good in anything so he'll pretty much wear anything. he loves anything gold and sparkly though, and loves intricate outfits with tons of little details
  
• underneath the mask, the upper half of his face is a dark gooey substance. his sclera is yellow with black pupils
• ^  said gooey substance wraps around the back of his head and ends at his  nape. it doesn't stain his clothes or anything its just kinda there
