Design Notes: All the green in Casey are very small snake-like scales, the rest of their body is exposed skin, shiny and soft just like dolphin/orca skin, the blue band is only on his left horn and it's a hairband, she has four(4) piercings in total their locations being; left ear, under both corners of their mouth and tip of their tail. Both of Casey's eyebrows have a gap near their end. Her horns curve inwards and tilt slightly forward. Their hair/mane ends a bit before the root of their tail. In size, Casey is slightly taller than a human being, meassuring just shy from 2 meters.

Casey is a small dragon with a sunny personality. He's flightless due to a birth defect that made it so her wings never grew to their full size, despite this they're still able to keep a smile, very rarely do they wish he could fly but when he does he recovers quick. She's really good friends with Nethervee. Her size makes him very nimble.
