Bio: She attends Hallow Academy with Soshio (they are both neighbors as well). Personally, she thinks of Soshio as a person even more of a sadist than her and finds her pretty scary. Scarlet likes being social and making friends. She loves nothing more than making plushy dolls (though sometimes creepy)! She is on good terms with Izuki, as the two have been together since young.
