Stian may seem rather aloof at first, not easily shaken nor interested by his surroundings, his attention also hard to get. Lost in thoughts most of the time, he rarely speaks his mind, or speaks at all, though once he does, it's mostly to give advices. Intelligible, calm and composed, he's far more truthworthy than he appears, you can count on him to give useful informations.

The downside of his responsible behaviour is that Stian, since he has lived though so much, is sure his ways are the most efficient and can be stubborn about it, and even rancorous. He's highly judgmental about others, and if he gives his guidance, the reciever better prepare and listen to him without protest, because he's merciless. A good teacher, but demanding and implacable, encouragments never or rarely coming from him. Thus his compliments are a high praise. He's seen a lot and was as a child, an old soul, wich turned out into a bitter being later as he kept understanding the world and been able to see the bigger picture. His jokes are cynical and kind of poisonous, even though they usually mean no harm.

The cynical venom he spites is mostly a way to cope with the darkness he's been in and inside him. Stian is unconsciously a calm and gathered person to merely keep it together, he's pretty much broken and had to grow up too fast, and doesn't realize the anxiety that keeps him up at night, wondering about the world, the universe, the existence itself. With the few people he truly values and esteems, he's protective and want to keep them from the darkness he percieves in the world.
