please read my tos here!
i know my tos is long, but skip to the sections that apply please

• if this character was gifted, traded, or resold to you from someone else, and if you want to get rid of it, please contact me OR find a suitable home
  • i do not mind my characters in forum gifting games, BUT please limit the amount of times it's being thrown around. if you notice a long transfer log, try reaching out for people who would be interested in actually using the character
• i will NEVER revoke designs for any reason! i may want to trade for designs, for comfort reasons, if you are blacklisted/blocked, but you are not obligated to give it to me by any means!
• if i find out you deleted an original character of mine, i will blacklist you! please keep them up as listings OR message me before deleting if you're moving them offsite
• if a character was gifted to you, either from me or someone else, you are not allowed to sell/trade without additional art
• you may edit my art only in minor details (if i didn't color in something correctly, forgot to erase something, changing markings slightly) but you must say in the image description that you made image edits!
  • for larger editing of my art, please message me! i may even still have the sai file, or be able to use my custom brush to better edit it for you
• you are NEVER allowed to turn my characters / designs / adopts / artwork / etc into NFTs!
• if you would like commercial rights to any adopt / design / artwork / etc of mine, please dm me and provide the exact situation (or roughly your idea if it's not definite) of what you plan to do with it
  • you cannot print out and/or sell my artwork as your own, or as a distributor of any sort! this means you cannot make and sell stickers, pins, badges, etc with my specific artwork. you may do so with your artwork of a design ive made (for example, you draw a sticker for a character that was originally an adopt from me), but you must ask me for permission first as stated above
