A living computer virus. Sheer joy in tearing apart systems and causing mayhem, believes that order is death and chaos is the only way to truly live. You must always be becoming.
Design notes:
- Wings are holographic. Cannot fly but can walk up walls/ceilings.
- Tail and coat are fiber optics.
- All blue parts on his body/arms glow.
- Long, stylized eyelashes
- Feel free to add more mechanical detail to robotic parts if desired.
