Her sister's blood may be healing, but the spilling of Cassie's blood is hazardous to all around her, contact with her blood is like coming into contact with a black hole in liquid form, the pain is excruciating and unforgettable, comparable to no other pain. Given her vast power, Cassiopeia is naturally very tough against threats herself as what may be viewed as a serious injury is mere child's play to her but in turn, her long lifespan also means she sleeps for many years at a time, 24 hours to a human would be roughly decades awake then decades or even centuries asleep.
