The Goddess Overseeing Hell

As Apismia allows any souls in, there needs to be someone to weed out those who have done unspeakable evil, those who would do so again if ever giving a chance, and keep watch to make sure they can't upset the other places of Apismia. That job goes to Chiara.

Chiara, unsurprisingly, is strict and keen-eyed, though with a soft side for those who genuinely want to change their ways. She is also no stranger to locking someone up in cramped cells, so getting on her bad side is not recommended.
