Nicknamed the "Haywire Engineer" by his coworkers, while Haywen is adept at all matters mechanical, not so much social. He possesses a creative flexibility and high environment awareness that comes handy onboard, especially during disasters. But Haywen comes across as messy or irreverent due to his brash and talkative nature. He's a social butterfly at heart, but understands the need to put work first.
