Khilan is a petite girl of about 4'5", with snowy white hair and draconic horns. Within her hair are pale pink streaks, and there's a cherry blossom implanted on each of her horns. She has a pristine white tail as well, with the mane on it being the same pale pink as the streaks in her hair. Her eyes are a deep green, with flecks of lighter green within, and white, slitted irises. Her skin is as pale as the rest of her, as is the primary color of her attire, which is a kimono-styled top and a slightly flared skirt with frills. Her top is adorned of patterns with blossoms, and there's a sash tied around her middle, with pink and white highlights. She typically has a curious or relaxed expression, but can get an aggressive face when pushed.
She looks very fluffy.

Born and raised deep within the isolated wilds of Sumeru, along with the others of her miniscule tribe, her family was eventually driven to the more populated areas of Sumeru with the normally docile wildlife becoming more aggressive. She was very intelligent right from the start, but didn't have much of a drive to put effort into her work. After her family was said to have rested their line's survival on her success, she got more serious suddenly, and there were rumors they were very firm with her behind the scenes. She studied at the primary academy, and mastered the magic of Dendro, which she had a natural affinity for. Despite being an incredibly good student, her endearing looks led to her being flirted with and teased often by the other students. She gained a unique reputation after embracing that. Oddly, her family encouraged her.
After a lot of years of extensive study, she graduated with flying colors. Because her mastery of Dendro was exceptional, but because officials didn't really want her around their own people with how she acted, and her family wanting her to learn more about her own physical condition, she was given the official role of emissary and sent to bring word from Sumeru to the various other continents. It was thought she would make a good emissary since she is unnervingly good at sweet talking people. She takes a special interest in other draconids and medicine, and tends to ignore her role for a bit if she finds any. She is always traveling, and so meets many interesting people.

She's kind of a huge thot, despite being cute and soft looking.
She enjoys her emissary job because it means she's away from the pressures and eyes of her family, since she's been unable to continue their line thus far. It's why she takes an interest in draconids and medicine.
She is very eager and excitable with other draconids and enjoys bonding with them. Sometimes far too close.
Because she excels in Dendro and has studied it for years, she would make an expert botanist and herbalist.
She gets poofier if she spends too long in cold areas, and sheds if she spends too long in hot areas.
Her tail is prehensile to a degree.
Her horn shape mean she can't put normal tops on over her head, so she has to wear robe-style outfits or buttoned outfits for this reason.
