The two of them have known each other since they were children. Ayo often spent his time at Haven's house, finding it fun to watch Haven's parents be at work. However, since the accident, Ayo has clung to Haven for support. He despises himself for doing so, knowing that his friend must be sadder, but he cannot help it. All-in-all, Ayo does his best to care for Haven anyways, buying him a coffee if he can or advising his robotic creations. Something in his heart tells him that he does not want to remain friends with Haven, but fear holds him back from confessing his true feelings. Thus, Ayo settles for being his best friend, being the shoulder the other can lean on.

The last Ayo saw of Edith was before the accident. All he knows is that she died. He grew to admire the confidence she had in herself, but at the same time, could not help but be a little intimidated..

Though new, Ayo has come to find solace in being in the Android's presence. The two can relate with each other, and in turn, they can both shower Haven in appreciation. Though, sometimes, Ayo will give the Android a gift as well.
