Hemlock is quite a people-hater, often avoiding others and any kind of social interaction. She doesn't have many friends, and prefers instead to dedicate all of her time to Miniver.
She often gets jealous when Miniver hangs out with other people, especially if he's acting very close with them. It's not unusual for her to have outburts of anger directed towards him or his friends in these situations, and she very frequently tries to get him to bail on his friends to hang out with just her instead. Whenever she's hanging out with Miniver and his friends, she tries to keep herself as the center of his attention. She's very controlling of him.
She's very impulsive and has little self control. This is especially obvious when she's angry or upset, as her emotions seem to explode out of her. However, her lack of self control is also evident in her positive emotions as well- such as her excitement or eagerness to do something.
Hemlock is extremely attention seeking when it comes to Miniver, and she never seems to leave him alone for long. She's frequently trying to be with him in person, or if they're apart, she texts and him near constantly. She's extremely obsessed with him and stalks him regularly.
She's pretty active, and loves to run around and climb things. She doesn't stay at home for too long without going outside to do something, unless she's hanging out with Miniver.

Miniver is quite lazy, and will enjoy plopping down just about anywhere for a rest or even a nap. He's not picky, both with comforts and with food, and will lay down on the sidewalk for a nap or eat something out of a trashbin if he feels like it.
He's extremely social, and enjoys going on walks, despite his laziness. On most days he finds himself walking around town to wherever his feet lead him. He frequents parties and other events in and around his town, hanging out with whoever happens to show up and making new friends. He's very confident in himself and is able to make friends and casual conversation with just about anyone he happens across.
He has a mostly neutral stance towards Hemlock's constant bothering, despite many of his friends trying to convince him that she's crossing multiple boundaries. He's pretty chill about it, and is easily able to brush her off when she's being overbearing in most situations. However, when his temper also rises, the two may end up in yelling matches that never seem to end very pretty.
Sometimes his anxieties or awkwardness about Hemlock's behaviour slips through, typically when she's being especially stalkerish and obsessive, or when he gets into deeper conversations about it with his friends.
