Profile
Neon, previously known as Dissonance, is a self-centered, curious Anchat, who enjoys making a mess, but in a somewhat controlled manner. He knows upsetting someone too much could lead to a fight, and he knows he's not stronger that most Anchats out there. He finds it fun to bring out emotions from serious and unexpressive Anchats, especially if they're his friends.
