Ouija

Her head/wings/tail are all ghost parts.

 She was a deceased Orcadragon who came through a mysterious Ouija board on Halloween and has now posessed the board to such extent that it was absorbed into her giving her a strange new life as well as being a passage for those beyond.

She sometimes "looses" herself, especiallywhen emotional, transforming into a chaotic, monstrous being. The collar she wears was given to her to try and keep this side of her contained. If it comes off she will loose it completely and its extremely hard to help her back to her normal self.
