Brukke used to be a city guard, but retreated from society after a horrible incident that involved the death of her close friend Mouse, a tabaxi. This incident dissolutioned her of the idea that the city's guards were really there to protect its people. She lived off the land for years, but as civilisation stretches further, she's finding it harder to hide. Slowly, she is drifting back towards her own kind, but is finding it a difficult adjustment.
