Booker's (unwanted) roomate, Gemmi is a complete degenerate in every sense of the word, and rather clingy when it comes to Booker (as he doesn't really have any friends otherwise).

He works as a Police Dispatcher but he's terrible at his job, numerous people have died due to him but as he's a Kiorian he can't exactly be fired.
