Maiya "Amai" Rosales
Her name is Maiya but she prefers to go by her nickname Mai or Amai.

Her favorite foods are chocolate covered strawberries and sweet or savory crepes. Strawberry and Nutella or Swedish crepes with lingonberries and lingonberry butter are her absolute favorites.
How she ended up in the Devildom:
She remembers chasing after a what looked like an emaciated dog (hellhound sent by Barbatos on Diavolo's orders) to a dark alley, stumbling, then being surrounded by a glowing portal created by Barbatos. After being transported Amai was shocked, skeptical, thought she was dreaming. That faded quickly because they (Diavolo and Lucifer) were too nice. Well nicer than her usual nightmares. Even with Mammon complaining very loudly and being very confrontational about his predicament of being put in charge of Amai's safety, his threat of "eating her starting from the head and working his way down" didn't feel all that threatening. She wasn't sure why, maybe she could feel his heart wasn't in it since he seemed to pause in hesitation as if he was making something up on the spot. He was bossy but agreeing with him seemed to placate him, and the next demon after meeting Mammon was Leviathan, who seemed like a harmless enthusiastic otaku so it solidified in her mind this was definitely not a dream.
Before finding herself in the devildom Amai was not a huge people person. People were cruel and judgmental. Animals on the other hand were the opposite. They were kind and loved you unconditionally. Even the ones who acted up she knew they did so for their own valid reasons and it was never personal. Animals made sense to her, people did not. She usually found herself at the local shelters taking care of animals. Both cats and dogs. She even caught strays and worked on catch and release efforts for cats.

At first she didn't think much of Mammon. She thought he was a bit mean, always complaining about how he had to watch her and making threats. It made her feel like an unwanted burden which she was a bit sad and miffed about but something told her he wasn't bad so she bit her tongue and did her best to be nice to him. She felt like he was a "good" natured demon deep down. After making a pact with him he became nicer, probably not by choice but after some time he began to fall hard for her and vice versa. She had seen through his facade. His attitude was really just a front to hide his sweet caring side which was a reverse from what Amai hated about people. People would be nice then be mean but he was a demon being mean to hide the fact he was nice. It left her floored and interested.
She is generally sincere with Mammon with some playful banter but never in a mean spirited way, she knows he doesn't like to be teased. She will usually be on his side when he's being teased or bullied by his brothers but depending on the situation where he causes problems she'll be neutral when she knows he was in the wrong. She cares for him and tries to be his moral compass but sometimes he can be a bad influence taking her along on his many hijinx. She does have fun though.
Mammon can get possessive and loves to claim he's her first which she doesn't mind. She thinks it's cute that he cares so much. He is her first and her guardian after all.

Amai at RAD:
While it's relatively dangerous to walk the halls of RAD alone she was used to avoiding people at school so avoiding demons wasn't much different she thought. The brothers could sense other demons ill intent towards Amai but early on it was clear, messing with the human meant dealing with Mammon, the rest of the brothers, and ultimately Diavolo. There were a few incidents but nothing too major, to her knowledge. She felt proud of herself for avoiding many dangerous encounters completely unaware of the strong sweet scent a human like her gives off and the protection the brothers unknowingly provided.
In her studies she has to ask Mammon for help with Math which makes him feel important & in exchange she makes him lunch. Sometimes skips with Mammon, he's a bad influence. Is friendly with the demons in art club. Either Beel or Mammon carries her supplies home on club days.
If Obey me! had routes:
Best ending: Amai becomes a powerful sorceress living in the Devildom but working in the human world helping with future demon exchange students teaching them about the human realm. She lives with all the brothers but is with Mammon. They've adopted the orphan girl Mammon saved in the human realm so he's now free from the witches debt. Amai is expecting a child on the way.
Good ending: Amai completed her exchange program and returns to the human world where she eventually completes her sorcery lessons with Solomon. From there she summons Mammon who chooses to stay by her side in the human world.
Worst ending: Amai has become such a powerful sorceress that a group of witches and sorcerers have deemed her too powerful and a threat. They decide to get rid of her when she's most vulnerable, in the human realm. Mammon who is usually by her side is sent to run errands by the group of witches he's indebted to. He gets wind of their plan thanks to the orphan girl but by then it's too late and Amai passes on in his arms.

Misc musings:
Which of the brothers would you have the most and/or worst fights with?
Mammon at first because he's such a mean butt in the beginning but after the feelings hit then it would be way less and if they did squabble they'd get over it quickly because neither likes being ignored. Next might be a tie with Luci and Satan & lastly Levi because anime &ships.
