Probably original 90s sona?

Very old art, can't remember who she was supposed to be. She's from the Gen 1, 90's pokemon boom, and very likely my first pokemon trainer persona. Pokemon drawings probably from Gen 1 how to draw pokemon book I used to have. Character probably based off the 90's Gen 1 anime. Looks like something baby me would find pretty.

I may give her an updated redraw and make her an actual character at some point.
