Unlike Luci, Natas and Ib, Replico isn't full on demon/jinn. Rep is... yes... a fallen watcher, but despite being a demon, Rep takes on the form of a fluffy dragon (true form) and hybernates in a cave full of rare butterflies to feast on. (He eats butterflies in his humanoid form too)
Replico spent his lifetime either in the caves or locked in his office, making it tough for him to interact with anyone like a normal person. He takes on a humanoid form as it's the one form that can fit inside the office block. He only mastered the shape and size of a human but somehow not all the facial features and movements. Smiling or showing any kind of emotion is a burden for Rep, if he does attempt to emote, he'll end up making an awkward grimace.
