This will be a very short version of my entire TOS. I recommend reading it whole for further details

TOS

WHEN BIDDING

You must be +18 to offer money. This because of PayPal rules. You can have an adult paying for you for SFW adopts. 

I have the right to deny selling anything to anyone. 

Don't go above the AB.

If the payment isn't send under 24 hours I'll move to another offer. But do please let me know if you wish to back out earlier. 

Backing out multiple times will get you blocked in this site and possibly blacklisted. 

If a chargeback via Paypal is made towards the artist, either way if because is intentional or a issue with payal. The buyer has to contact me inmediately. If an answer or message with an update isn't received in 2 days, the person will be blacklisted and the designs or art will be revoked. 

If PayPal holds the payment. The character will be put on hold until the payment it's cleared. The customer has the option to back out. 

Payment plans are allowed if the offer exceeds $100 with a down payment of $70. Not available to all adopts. Down payment it's not refundable to avoid people backing out. 

I don't do holds.

 GENERAL RULES

When re-selling don't do it for higher amount unless added worth. This counts to character that has zero base worth.

Please ask for permission before editing my art. Do not delete or replace any original image.

Don't delete their toyhouse profiles. I wont accept credits  if re- uploaded unless you show proof of previous ownership or payment. 

I won't do any changes, edits, tweaks to the desing after purchased.

Comercial use its allowed i just request credits.

Redesigns are allowed.

Designs that I have sold can always be re-sold by it's original worth independently if they got traded. 

Vouchers are allowed by x3 of it's original price, just be honest that it's actually a voucher. Though, if I discover any irregularities I'll directly blacklist. 

I don't allow multiple profiles for co-owned characters.
