Biography
Lucien Culpen is known throughout Stelrian history as one of the Children of Magic, specifically the first Star Fighter Cerulean. He was the first born and oldest of his siblings, and displayed a strong affinity for magic. Lucien was also interested in music, although he preferred studying music history and preferred musical styles of the past over newer styles that were coming out. He has high expectations because he wants to bring out the best from those around him.
As the first child of the Conquest King, Lucien was taught how to lead more so than the rest of his siblings, as he was originally going to succeed the throne. However, the country established an election-based system of government after the king's retirement.

Trivia
Lucien's habit of acting like a leader often caused people to think of him as pretentious.
