Basic information:
Ray is a small, fluffy creature of canine appearance, with completely black fur, blank white eyes, and is often wearing an oversized sweater, usually pink. He currently stands at 4'11", and his weight is exactly 90 lbs. He is often considered a child, though he is actually 84 years old. He can form any part of his body into any shape, with any degree of hardness, tensile strength, or flexibility.
Backstory:
Ray was created in a lab in 1937 by German scientists trying to create a source of infinite energy. However, they accidentally tapped into the void, which instantly spawned Ray as a way to keep the tear from consuming everything. Ray was subsequently kept in a small cage, only being brought out to have tests run on him. The tests were excruciating for Ray, but the scientists found that he simply could not be damaged. Sure, they could inflict massive amounts of pain on him, but it wouldn't physically damage him.
They eventually pushed Ray to his breaking point after trying to electrocute him to death. They managed to stun him for a good five seconds before he broke out from his restraints, created blades from his hands, and hacked away at all the scientists in that lab until they were all dead. Ray then broke himself out, but not before grabbing a strange creature they were also keeping there. After finding that the creature was named Ego, Ray brought them along as he went on a journey around the world. Now, Ray resides in a small cabin in rural Texas, gardening and hunting for food. He draws and paints quite a lot, and keeps all of his works in a neat stack beside where he sleeps.
Personality:
Ray is usually very gentle and kind, and prefers to remain quiet and tend to his garden. He knows how to kill, and will not hesitate to do so if necessary, but he will usually try to find a better solution first.
