 Merric Maclean

- As always the final owner can use, adapt/change or ignore this info-
-They´re two "independent" characters, if the final owner wants to give one of them to his friend, it perfectly possible-

Merrick grew up in Duke D´arcy's mansion. He was the son of the servants who, generation after generation, served the family. And as was his duty, since he was kid he took care of little Demetrius, who was a few years younger. His sickly condition and weakness made them best friends, as Dem (as Merric used to call him when they were alone) didn´t go out often and hardly saw the world. When Maclean turned 18, he decided to go to war, to escape his obsession with the duke and leave his life behind. He understood, that he was leaving Demetrius in a difficult situation, but he had no other way out.

In the war, when he was wounded and was able to crawl into the forest for protection, Merric was attacked by a pack of wolves. Bleeding out, he lost consciousness and then his life totally changed.

Maclean awoke in a mansion owned by werewolves. Poor soldier was accidentally turned by the young wolves, who went hunting for the first time and couldn´t contain themselves. Long years taught him to keep a cool mind and not be carried away by anger. Any negative or too strong emotion could trigger his partial or total transformation and endanger others.

Many times he tried to find out what happened to Demetrius and, nevertheless, the rumors that circulated were so strange, that he thought, that his friend had a son and it´s him, who causes a furor in society.

After many years, he decided to visit the place where he grew up and ask the new Duke about his father or grandfather. Despite this, at the garden gate he collided with something Maclean didn´t expect to find: Demetrius. The kind, introverted person, a bit shy with people, but always concerned about others and full of humility, became an ambitious and cruel being.
