As a curious, freshly new to the world individual, Yukiya has found their passion in trying all local delicacies and various regional cuisines. They love to eat and they also love to try and recreate anything they’ve tried before. Yukiya also love to take a nice snooze under the shade of a tree.

Yukiya, originally from Inazuma, fled their home country after Baal enacted the Vision Hunt Decree. Yukiya and their older sister were the only two blessed with visions, and were both forced by their parents and clan elders to flee Inazuma. The siblings went their separate ways. 

Yukiya is currently seeking refuge in Liyue, after traveling around Mondstadt. Once they arrived in Liyue, they set up camp in an old hollow tree next to some large stone toad statutes. The statues made them feel safe and not alone. Yukiya would talk to a certain statue all the time. They eventually named it Mingxia and would always make sure to wish her good morning or good night. On days when Yukiya was feeling sad, they would wish that Mingxia was real.
 Eventually, the gods took notice of Yukiya and their cries for am actual friend to speak to, they brought the toad statue to life one day while Yukiya was out collecting herbs.

Now with a friend and companion in tow, Yukiya is now deciding what they plan to do next. They are ready to see more of Teyvat but Liyue holds a very special place in Yukiya's heart.

  • Their younger brother was the only sibling to not receive a vision.
• Yukiya is not used to feelings of love or camaraderie, as the Shiratori clan strictly had children to try and receive vision blessings.
