Grown up as a corporate heriess, she grew up to understand the finer things of the world. She is a harsh judge of everything, especially herself and helps drive her to become a better competitor. She doesn't know how to hold back her tongue as a result and can come off as being abrasive to put it nicely.
At a young age, Rhea found herself alone (well ignoring all of her nannies and maids). Her parents were looking for a way to massively obtain britholite and perfect its role in Beyblades. The other kids around her would always make fun of her for not having parents who loved her to which Rhea would send one or two to the hospital in response (mostly out of paranoia, not actually deadly fights). During a family dinner party, her cousin introduces her to the world of competitive Beyblade and Rhea's entire life is changed.
No family was more proficient at engineering than the Dober family. Knowing this, Rhea's parents contracted Emilia's to research and mine britholite. Emilia and Rhea meet up as a result and become very good friends as two oddballs in an otherwise perfect life.
