The World-Eater

A beast given many names over the eons by those on the planets it visits and subsequently devours. Whether it even has a true name is something no one will ever know, as even "Quasar" is just another name given by a civilization in its last moments. This world-eating serpent has a simple motivation: consume. It travels across the universe with streaming jets of the gaseous remains of its stellar meals trailing behind it, looking for the next star system to ravage. Quasar will devour any celestial object that he encounters, but primarily seeks out the rare delicacy of planets with intelligent life.
