Lucien; the Rat King
"If ya can't fix something with a gun... use more gun."
Lucien's official title is the Rat King, but most just call him by his name. He has no humanoid subjects, he has no thrown, and he has no crown- so anyone who calls him "King" is likely doing so to escape the lead within his hip holster. Lucien is actually a royal... supposedly. However, he doesn't actually act like one. The only two things that are remotely "kingly" about him are his purple robe and his seemingly endless hoard of heavy metal. To say that he is constantly armed to the teeth would be an understatement, as to Lucien, there is no problem that cannot be solved without a gun. Disagreement? Get a gun. You're being mugged? Use a gun. Tsunami? Sounds like what you need... is a gun.
