TOS:

Purchasing from me means that you agree to these terms of service. If you break any of them, you will be blocked and blacklisted. I have the full rights to reclaim ownership of any character I give you if TOS is broken.

YOU CAN:

✅ Resell, trade, or gift. If you resell the character, do not resell for higher price than what you bought for unless they come with extra art that wasn't originally there when you first purchased them. ;; Do NOT resell this design unless you commission art of them.

✅ Use the designs for both personal or commercial use as long as I'm credited.

✅ Breed my designs to expand your world.

YOU CAN NOT:

❎ Use my artwork for commercial use at ALL. It doesn't matter if I'm credited. I don't want people making profit off of my art. You have full permission to use my design that you got from me for commercial use, however. Just please do not use my artwork. >~<

❎ Make knock-off versions of my characters/designs. If you want an OC that's similar to one of my OCs/designs, you can commission me to make an inspired character for you. You do not, and will never, have permission to make your own copies of my characters. I don't really care if you color pick. I don't own colors.... lol

❎ Claim the design(s) as your own. Always credit me, even if you're altered the designs.

❎ Resell, trade, gift to ANYONE on my blacklist. (Can be found in ownership)

❎ Delete my designs and reupload them.
