Souljems:
- Souljems are the male of the species. Souljers are the female.
- They live separate from from the females of the species and build nests in the mountainside for when the Souljer arrives.
- They learn how to fight so they are able to defend their nest and mate.
- They mine precious stones and metals from the earth and use it to impress females.
- Souljems have a halo that is worn as a necklace. They can wear it and re-size it as big as a belt to as small as a ring.
- Each halo can be molded by their hand only. Some make them with delicate markings, others make them small halos of spheres. Each is different.
- The halo and it's gems will lose it's glow and magic if it's Souljem dies.
- When they find a mate they exchange halos. The male also embeds one of his gems into his halo before exchanging it.
-Souljems have smaller wings for moving on mountains. They can not fly very far at all.
