Once a steadfast scientist in support of nuclear weapons, Saul has grown quiet and detached since his retirement, unable to forgive himself for the pain and suffering he has caused others. He is reserved and keeps to himself, though his current location is unknown.

Background

Jaded and dulled down by the seemingly neverending war raging in his dimension, Saul developed depression at a young age and subsequently adopted the belief that only the usage of nuclear weapons could end the conflict, even if both sides were killed in the process.

When simply rallying for support proved to be inefficient, Saul began to create his own nuclear weapons, the first of which was seized by a small anti-war movement headed by JJ. In order to get her hands on the bomb, JJ manipulated Saul into believing she had fallen for him, and he was genuinely crushed when it was revealed to be nothing more than an elaborate ruse. Romantic love was something he had never properly experienced, and the charade, along with the loss of his nuclear weapon, sapped him of his motivation and resolve.

Saul has since faded into obscurity, supposedly giving up on his practices entirely, and his location of residence is presently unknown.
