He tries to look tough and mean but he's really a big softie. He's the youngest of the gang and eager to learn what he can from the older members of the gang. Unfortunately he gets his education from Leon Summers. He idolizes Summers and would even take a bullet for him. His naiveness doesn't let him see how much of a bad influence Leon is for him. Chase grew up as a farmer and was raised in a jovial atmosphere. He is always polite and never steps out of line. Some of the other gang members refer to him as puppy eyes because he is so wide eyed and innocent, he also looks as cute as a puppy.
