Phoebe is the younger twin sister of Hayden, and second child of the family. Opposite to her brother, she was blessed with a more caring and affable nature. Her is extroverted and loves conversion with others and making new friends. Phoebe and Hayden grew up close to each other, as their parents did not have much time to spare spending with them, leaving them as each other’s only company. Even as they grew up, they stayed very close due to their intimate relationship when they were younger, each playing an important role in the other’s life. They could easily say to be best friends who seem to be inseparable. Being a girl and a second born in a family with traditional values, the demanding responsibility of inheriting the family business did not lay on Phoebe’s shoulders but on her brother’s. She would comfort him whenever he was upset from disappointing their parents by little gestures such as giving him her share of the desert. Though her education was not as strict, it did not mean that she was excused from learning the perfect etiquette early on. She was required to act elegantly in all occasions and be cultured about all kinds of topics, something that became a habit for her and eventually part of her personality. She would feel extremely embarrassed if one happened to catch her in an unladylike situation. Coming from a rich family, she was able to afford all the clothes and food that she desired. This in turn made her a picky eater who would only wear fashionable clothes and refused to let the sun rays tan her sensitive skin.

In her younger years, Phoebe was an innocent and happy-go-lucky girl who loved talking to everyone, but because of her naiveness, she was taken advantage of many times. This lead to her becoming more calculative and careful. She gradually gained more experience and it became harder for her to trust others and even harder for others to befriend her; she became closed off to the world. She remained a caring and extroverted person, but only those that she deemed sincere were able to see that side of her. On the outside, she was seen as an approachable and snobby individual instead who would only speak with politeness in a rather cold tone without any trace of friendliness. She also started sharing her brother’s pessimistic side, being influenced by him as well as by her personal experience.

During her teenage years and the phase where she shut herself off the world, Phoebe’s only friends was Hayden. Although she knew that she could trust unconditionally, she was depressed by her loss of true friends. It was at that time that she started to connect with Pokemon. She was amazed by the bond that humans and Pokemon could share with each other. Because of her lack of taste for adventure and battles, it was not a trainer that she was interested in, but becoming part of the Pokemon Beauty Contest. She has always had an eye for fashion, and loved to take care of her loved ones.

Her ambitions were initially harshly shot down by her parents who did not believe that it would be a suitable carrier for her, but by adulthood, she proved to them that she could be both professionally inclined by opening her own designer boutique and participating in Pokemon contests.
