● Resell designs made by me by original price bought! Commissioned art + personal art (pls be smart with pricing) can also be added to value!

● Use my art for pfps, etc (WITH CREDIT)

● Wait 1-3 weeks for cooldown when receiving designs made by me!

● Use designs made by me for SFW / NSFW purposes 

● Redesign designs made by me to an extent; make sure the OG version is recognizable unless asking me to fully redesign said character! 

● Trade, gift, etc my designs! <3

Basically, you have 100% rights of the OC that I designed! Please make sure to use said design well because even though I don't necessarily keep track, I expect my designs to be used in an unproblematic way <3

● Resell design higher than original price + NO ADDITIONAL ART

● FAILURE TO PAY UPFRONT ONCE I GIVE YOU MY INFO ON WHERE TO SEND MONEY OFFERS (Venmo/CashApp/PayPal)

● Copy/steal/highly reference my designs

● Trade, gift, resell designs to anyone in my blacklist

● I am black, and if I make any POC designs do NOT whitewash my designs. if you can’t draw POC, don’t buy/trade my designs.

● Claim commissioned art as your art when I made said art

● Use my designs for problematic media (ex. i/cest, p/dophilia, hate speech, etc)

● Hide my designs / make them private without my permission ! Once approved, make sure to authorize me! Just trying to keep track of my designs even though as of now I really only make designs for myself!

Failure to comply with these rules will result in an immediate block / permanent blacklist. I'm a very anxious person and don't necessarily confront when those that violated my T.O.S., but please try to maintain a professional relationship with me regards to owning my designs!
