Head Librarian at the main library in the Howltar Kingdom, where the Plague Mafia headquarters are hidden. She knows the gang members and serves as a motherly figure to many of them, and most of them call her "Granny" as a more familial alternative to her proper name. She comes off kind and gentle, but she can certainly hold her own if need be, which makes her an ideal confidant for the Mafia. She regards them as family, having none left of her own, and would never betray them.
