This one is old with very blurry details but basically; Sugar acts similar to a witch from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. As in, somehow someway she created a fake world where everything is nice and happy and nothing bad ever happens, and she’s dragged all of her friends and acquaintances into it. Oddly enough, despite her existence here she isn’t fully present… In fact, the people she brought in because she knew them don’t recall any memory of her at all in the start nor do they willingly meet.
