Mimmy's grandson (adopted), though neither of them acknowledge it--she raised him and Rey and is saddened by what they've become

power hungry and craves violence, he wants a war and he wants it NOW. all non-violet should be culled.  hates Pherosians most of all and wants to carpet bomb the entire city

his violet cause severe mutations in him even when not touched. he can't fly with his wings but can glide short distances and uses them to help intimidate (he wishes they were black tho).  pricking himself (typically a finger) on the end of his left horn and putting a few droplets in someone's drink will cause them to be intensely loyal and unable to defend themselves from him (such as, verbally, physically, or mentally) an hour per drop. he can only use his violet on one person as a time as ingesting his blood causes a connection to be formed on his side where he can tell personal details about the person (heart rate, physical state, mental processing, etc) which would overwhelm him if assessing too many at once. 

pricking himself on his right horn leaves him powerless and completely defenseless, hence why that horn has been sawed down. while he doesn't know it, someone pricking themselves on either of his horns and having him ingest the blood, even a tiny droplet, will cause him to be claimed by them, regardless of whether either want it
