Rummy was a corrupt sheriff that showed no compassion and enjoyed his shady vices on the side. He accidentally killed himself in a fixed game of Russian roulette. Which funnily enough, he was the one rigging the gun. For the most part he isn't much of a talker and keeps to himself but he does have a tendency to losing his patience with his chatterbox older brother, Gin.
