Design Terms of Use
-I, the artist, reserve all rights to the artwork, meaning that I can publish the work and use it for self-promotion to my liking, unless other conditions are discussed.
-You, the commissioner, are allowed to post the artwork to your account (Tumblr, DeviantArt, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with full credit to me and a link to my gallery.
-You may not change or modify my work in any way without permission.
-You may not resell I, the artist's work, for more value than bought.
-Failure to comply with these rules will result in an immediate blacklist from current and future events such as; raffles, requests, commissions, and design sales.
-Persons who have broken the TOS on pre-made characters (NOT commissioned designs) that have been created by I, the artist, will have them revoked. They may keep outside-commissioned art of said character, but I will retain the right to reuse or resell the original character design.
