Vinn is a crafter on Divum Island and makes all sorts of items and weapons. He's got a -mostly- laid back attitude.
He is not a fan of dragons and does not want them hovering near his tools, probably speaking from experience. The only exception to that rule is Skalan, Vinn enjoys his company and interest for man-made artefacts... Plus, dragon fire isn't so useless after all.
