She doesn't fit in with the other rose cats in court, even if she is related to a good number of them. Her markings come off as 'scary' or morbid to others who prefer more 'pretty' cats.  

She's formed a close bond with another outsider in court, she's just trying to not take his advances but she is very much in love with him too.
