Kai Garcia

Kai is a trusting and caring, trans man. He has hydrokinesis and when he uses too much of his powers or becomes extremely emotional, his eyes glow blue and in some cases, he loses control of his power and starts flooding whatever area he is in. He wears button-ups and ties often, though he enjoys wearing simple dresses and feminine clothing. Kai also has a blue sweater that Alex often borrows from him, even if it's too big.

Backstory: His parents were always strict on what he could wear. When he came out, his family wasn't accepting. He met Alex in high school. When he eventually moved out and got his bachelor's degree in accounting.
