Cynthia was born within the Forbidden Forest.
As time passed, Cynthia became a skilled hunter, utilizing the Threaded Cane- that she made look more like a sword than a cane- in which is adorned with a blue gemstone at the shoulder, and an intricately done design carved into the hilt of it, resembling the vague shape of Elbrietas, and other symbols the choir tends to utilize.

Her eyes are almond shaped, similarly to her brother- however are a bit more slanted. Unlike her brother as well, their hair is a more ginger color- rather than a dark, rich, aburn color- like Oswyn's, also unlike him, Cynthia's hair is straight. Her body type is pretty neutral in shape and she tends to wear clothes to make her form look appear less or more feminine depending on how she feels that day.

Cynthia was born within the upper cathedral ward to an unnamed mother and father, having a close relationship with the both of them. As time passed, Cynthia, like their parents, became a respected member of the Choir, young and eager to learn. However, as time passed, her faith in the Choir dwindled, causing her to split off to find out more about her brother, Oswyn, who she only found out about much later in her life than she would have liked...but with that curiosity came the knowledge of what her brother was at the time that she was searching for him, he was a hunter for the Healing Church. She eventually found out that he left the church, however this knowledge disgusted her- especially with her formal affiliation with the Choir.
Cynthia, as she made discoveries, met several people. One of which was a Hunter of Hunters by the name of Edith Brenard, whom of which she grew a fondness to. They were partners for awhile, until splitting up once the ritual began, and Yharnam was put into a purgatory state.
As a good hunter she does her best to save others, while still wanting something in return- not by the people she aids- but by the Great Ones. She expects that her duties will redeem her, and due to her high insight- her insanity grows as time passes. She becomes more violent with people and things she disagrees with, so much so that she refuses Gherman's offer to set her soul free from the dream, she fights him only to be disabled by the Moon precense, gladly becoming a servant to her- believing that the touch and embrace of that great one was her being forgiven for all shes done, for all shes caused- giving her own life a new meaning.
