if you are the designer, what is your policy on commercial use ?
Depends on the type of commercial use, would have to be discussed and will come with a commercial fee but I am open to the idea!
Depends what you mean by free. If you mean free to view but has ads or a website you're partnered with ect where you will earn money, then it will need a commercial fee regardless. If it is simply posted to and image hosting site (Twitter, DeviantArt) and you intent to make no money from it (included merch or other derivative works) now or ever in the future, then a commercial liscence will not be needed.
