[TBN] Octan Racer

A forgotten minifigure, left in a pile of bricks when his set was dismantled many years ago. He finally resurfaces after the end of The Lego Movie 2. He uses a 2x1 brick in place of a missing leg, but can't replace his arm due to the torso being cracked. His face has rubbed off slightly over the years.
