A creation born out of Japanese-American collaboration, built as a racing mascot. Has a cheeky personality, capable of bolting at unbelievable speeds. Think Flash-fast. Leaves a trail of fire behind his sprint.
Can be draw in any way, e.g. could be closer to human or anthro! Can be drawn in different styles as well, if non-chibi/cartoon please draw with lean & slightly muscular build! Literally just draw him in your style.
Please do not draw alt. helmet unless specified/gift art! Also he does have another eyebrow I just forgot to draw it because I'm stupid.
