   Very fluffy and  cloud like for the blue parts, the grey parts feel more moist and wet like grey storm clouds. 

Tail:    Twin tails, one stormy grey and one clear blue with two golden stars at the end

horn:   Appears to be made of metal, maybe gold. It seems to act like an antenna too.. 

Hypnotic  Eyes:
  Don't stare at him, he will blast you with mind altering frequencies. His eyes are almost like tv screens and can also appear to be what you want to see.

Space Matter:
  Turbulence has unstable space matter trailing under his legs, it helps make for a speedy get away if he ever needs to warp out of there fast or break the sound barrier.  It flows out with a yellow golden stardust.

Antenna Horn:
  He has some influence over electricity, frequency and sound waves. He can pick up broadcasts and tech from his horn and also uses it to concentrate power to pulse out large sonic booms or electrical zaps. He can do some real damage, especially if he channels power and stores it in his tail stars.  He has been mistaken for a thundering cloud a few times.
