Cast out by his rich parents because of a disability, Vincent was disowned and left to live in the streets. He’s garnered a hatred for those who are privileged and have the money and status to live within the Inner Quarter and Central. He’s very, very young for being so closely involved, no more than 18 or 19, and has gone through a LOT to be at the point where he is now. He needs a break :')
