Attack Talents
Normal Attack: Hanazaki-ryu: Piercing Rain
- Normal Attack: Performs up to 6 consecutive shots with a bow
- Charged Attack: Perform a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG. While aiming, a torrent of water accumulates on the arrowhead. When fully charged, an arrow will release a torrent, dealing Hydro DMG.
- Plunging Attack: Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the group, dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Elemental Skill: Hanazaki-ryu: Mist Veil Talismans
Shiyori mastered the sacred art of talisman making, an ancient technique of the Hanazaki Clan that was derived from the powers of long lost gods. Each one of these talisman contains a wish for safety, prosperity - and most of all - happiness.
Summons the power contained in an Inazuman protective charm with attributes depending on the current state of the active character.
If the active character’s HP is above 50%, Morning Mist Talisman will activate. If the active character’s HP falls to or below 50%, Hydrangea Veil Talisman will activate.
Morning Mist Talisman
- The active character will receive an ATK bonus based on Shiyori’s Hydro DMG Bonus.
- The active character will have DMG reduction based on Shiyori’s Hydro DMG Bonus.
Hydrangea Veil Talisman
- Shiyori’s Normal and Charged Attacks heal all party members and nearby allied characters for a certain amount of HP which scales based on Shiyori’s Hydro DMG Bonus.
- When Shiyori is not on the field, the talisman heals the current character in increments based on Shiyori’s Hydro DMG Bonus.
Elemental Burst: Hanazaki-ryu: Baiu no Jihi
With her vast knowledge and mastery of the elements, Shiyori sings an incantation that releases pure, condensed hydro energy from inside her body into the air, summoning an all encompassing rain.
Has the following properties during the abilities duration:
- Instantly heals all party members and nearby allied characters for an amount of HP that scales off of Shiyori’s Hydro DMG Bonus. Current character and nearby allies will have the wet status applied to them.
- Enemies caught in the rain will have the wet status applied to them and their resistance lowered.
- During the duration of the burst, Shiyori’s Normal and Charged Attacks have a 25% chance of sprouting a hydrangea bud on hit enemies. These hydrangea buds further reduce a hit enemy’s resistance by 5%. Max 3 stacks.

Passive Talent 1: Hydrangeas Hidden in the Mist

When Hanazaki-ryu: Mist Veil Talisman and Hanazaki-ryu: Baiu no Jihi are active at the same time, the durations of both are extended by 4s.
Passive Talent 2: Full Bloom
Unlocked at Ascension 4
When using Hanazaki-ryu: Baiu no Jihi, Shiyori’s chance of sprouting a hydrangea bud is increased to 50%. Other members of the party also have a 25% chance of applying a hydrangea bud upon Normal and Charged Attack hits. A bud is automatically applied to those caught in the rain.
Passive Talent 3: For When It Rains
When a Perfect Cooking is achieved on an ATK-boosting dish, Shiyori has a 12% chance to receive double the product.
Constellations
~1~ Hanazaki Talisman Mastery: Ajisai
The protective incantation from Hanazaki-ryu: Mist Veil Talisman gives the current character a 15% boost to DEF. If the current character’s HP is less than 50%, the talisman gains the properties of a shield and starts to absorb damage. DMG absorption scales on Shiyori’s Max HP.
~2~ Rain's Blessing
When affected by hydro, movement speed is boosted by 10% and energy recharge is boosted by 20%,
~3~ Hand-Stitched Blossoms
Increases the level of Hanazaki-ryu: Mist Veil Talisman by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
~4~ Till They Wither
Hydrangea buds formed during Hanazaki-ryu: Baiu no Jihi will last 5 seconds longer.
~5~ Sun Persisting in the Rain
Increases the level of Hanazaki-ryu: Baiu no Jihi by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
~6~ The Ultimate Wish
If the current character falls while Hanazaki-ryu: Mist Veil Talisman is active, the incantation will break and the character will be revived at 50% HP. Can only occur once every 300 seconds.
