Rover

Rover is the navigator for Sail's ship. He keeps the ship on course throughout Sail's whimsy, and as well keeps it running in a satisfactory way. He has adopted the role of First Mate, and does so happily. He's agreeable and fun-loving, and he works hard to help the rotating members of the crew and passengers feel welcomed and at home on the boat.

Rover never imagined a life at sea, though he welcomes it. He isn't the biggest fan of how many months Sail would happily spend away from land, and often organizes the docking himself.
