Kelpie

A morose, shy lady who lives in the murky depths. Unlike her legend may entail, your fingers won’t instantly stick to her since she isn’t a ”true” kelpie, but she can activate that ability if she so chooses. She used to lure unsuspecting travelers into her pond in her youth, but nowadays she kinda regrets that and just sits in the river and watches, barely visible from behind the cattails which surround her home.
